THE COMPANY: Pomario is the magnificent project of Counts Spalletti Trivelli. It is located in the municipality of Piegaro, close to Monteleone di Orvieto, in an area that borders between Tuscany and Umbria, Italy’s most picturesque regions. The land is at a height of 500 meters, amongst a small hill of about 10 hectares. Here you will find olive groves and vineyards (with the old plants recovered successfully) as Pomario also produces excellent wines.
THE PRODUCT: The organic extra virgin olive oil develops a plot of excellent aromatic complexity with herbaceous scents that are persistent and very fascinating. On the mouth it’s rich and typical, well applied, and easily connected to the variety and the region of origin scents. Finally, with the consistency of warmth dragging behind, exists the pleasant (aromatic characteristics of this extra virgin oil.
