AROMA: Fresh and delicate, with notes of violet, cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry.
PALATE: Fresh red fruit flavours with hints of violet; light tannins and well balanced.
Serving temperature: 16 °C
Rubicola is produced from Sangiovese, Merlot and other central Italy typical red grapes coming from a vineyard located in a sunny clearing surrounded by forest.
The result of an early harvest and a natural vinification is a red wine fresh and sour.
